Refunds will only be processed and deemed valid once the returned product has been received at our official company warehouse and has successfully passed our rigorous quality control inspection. This crucial step ensures the garment remains in its pristine, original condition.

Once your return is approved, the refund process will be initiated. The funds will be credited back to your original method of payment or provided as store credit (depending on your preference) within 5 to 7 working days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
